We were appointed to design an exclusive development of 8no bespoke residential dwellings in the affluent area of Strathblane. Nestled in a rural countryside location, the development comprises four house types, each with modern styling and utilising the latest technologies and materials to produce a superior grade energy efficient design, incorporating renewable technologies and local materials. The development is designed around a central road with each property benefitting from a generous gated plot enjoying countryside views in all directions. In using a simple and unified material palette and key design features on all four house types, we were able to provide a mix of living options whilst still providing a cohesive overall feel to the development.
